Advertising Standards

Photos are the first thing clients see. Here's what's allowed and what isn't.

Allowed

• Photos of yourself (the account holder)
• Professional or high-quality amateur photos
• Tasteful artistic or boudoir-style images
• Photos showing your face, body, or both
• Lingerie, swimwear, and implied nudity

Not Allowed

• Photos of anyone other than yourself (without written consent)
• Explicit genital close-ups or graphic sexual acts
• Content depicting violence, degradation, or non-consent themes
• Images involving animals or bestiality
• Photos that appear to show anyone under 18
• Stolen, watermarked, or copyrighted images
• Heavily filtered photos that misrepresent your appearance

Your bio and descriptions should be professional, honest, and respectful.

Best Practices

• Write in clear, readable English
• Be honest about who you are and what you offer
• Keep the tone professional but personable
• Proofread for spelling and grammar
• Update your profile to keep information current

Not Allowed

• False or misleading information
• Discriminatory language (race, religion, ethnicity, etc.)
• Threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Links to external websites with illegal content
• Contact information for third parties
• Advertising illegal services (see below)

Be clear and upfront about your services and rates. Transparency builds trust with clients and reduces misunderstandings.

Guidelines

• List services you actually offer
• Display accurate rates - no bait-and-switch
• Clearly state any boundaries or limitations
• Specify duration for time-based services
• Note if deposits or screening are required

Prohibited Services

• Unprotected sexual services (bareback, natural, etc.)
• Services involving illegal drugs
• Services that would be illegal under NZ law
• Third-party arrangements or trafficking-related services

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

We report all suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. IP addresses and account information are retained for law enforcement purposes.

Your Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
• You must not advertise illegal services
• You must use your own photos (not stolen or copyrighted)
• You must not misrepresent yourself
• You are responsible for your own tax obligations

All profiles and photos are reviewed before publication. This helps maintain platform quality and safety.

Review Process

• New profiles are reviewed before going live
• Photo changes are reviewed before publication
• Automated scanning checks for prohibited content
• Human review for flagged or borderline content
• Most reviews are completed within 24 hours

Consequences for Violations
